Case Study: G & G Landscape

How Consistent Content Built Confidence, Culture, and Momentum in Just Two Months

Client Overview:
G & G Landscape is a mid-sized, full-service landscaping company providing commercial snow removal, summer property maintenance (mowing, mulching, seeding, cleanup), and retail sales of mulch, salt, and landscaping equipment. Their ideal clients range from large residential property owners to commercial contracts with hospitals, schools, and fulfillment centers.

The Challenge

Before working with us, G & G had invested in traditional marketing—running local streaming TV ads through Spectrum and paid social campaigns. However, they lacked a consistent, authentic presence on social media. Their goals were twofold:

  1. Brand Awareness: Build recognition and trust within the community.

  2. Employee Morale: Create a sense of pride and excitement internally by showcasing the behind-the-scenes grit and skill that keeps the business running smoothly.

The Strategy

We launched with a foundational strategy: eight organic posts per month across Instagram and Facebook. This frequency allows us to test themes, identify high-performing content, and make strategic pivots without requiring a large upfront investment.

Our creative direction focused on storytelling—highlighting the problem-solving mindset of the team. G & G has a core belief: when problems arise, the customer shouldn’t feel it. So we set out to show how they make that happen. From pre-dawn plow routes to quick-turn mulch deliveries, we spotlighted their operational excellence and day-to-day wins in a way that felt human and relatable.

The Results (First 60 Days)

240 new followers (40% audience growth)

191,000 total impressions

1,300 engagements, including 80 shares

2 viral posts

  • One earned 65,000+ views

  • One hit nearly 100,000 views

There have been no confirmed leads yet, but visibility and engagement have surged—and most importantly, the client is thrilled. Team members are getting recognized in the community and taking pride in being featured.

Takeaway: Consistency Pays Off

This early success isn’t built on trends or paid boosts—it’s the result of steady, meaningful storytelling. When you document what makes a company tick, people notice. Whether growth is slow or something goes viral, the foundation stays the same: show up, stay real, and keep telling the story.
